The interview was awful. The HR Rep was a bit pompous. I was overqualified for the position and rejected the job. Instead of attempting to get me to want the job it seems he felt if he acted as if I was not a fit it would make me in turn want the job more. - Overall a waste of my time.

The HR Rep had no questions for me at first. They began the interview with asking if I had any questions about the position first. In which I did however, from experience when I am asked if I have any questions first usually the suggest that the job is paying on the low scale, and after I then got him to speak and ask me his questions I could tell the job was really for an Inside Sales Rep with a title.
