Thank you for your comment. Since I only interviewed a small group of non-agency candidates for this role. I do remember a similar conversation but it was not that I just looked at your resume. I do believe that I said your education didn’t meet the requirement for this role but your background did match what we were looking for. As the job description stated that a Bachelor’s degree was required and the fact that you applied, I didn't want to reject you based on what may have been missed on your resume. I wanted to have a conversation to make sure that you did indeed have a Bachelor’s degree. As the only recruiter here at Fonteva, I believe in scanning resumes but a conversation is always best in my opinion. I understand that it can be frustrating searching for a job and I sincerely wish you much success in your job search.
