The interview process was a lengthy, weeks long process in which I corresponded with the part-time HR rep, CEO, CMO and Director of Marketing. There was a phone interview, a formal in person interview with the CMO followed by the CEO. A week later, I interviewed with the DM. The interview showed the start-up like environment of the company. Several members of the leadership team with different philosophies and expectations for the position.
