Interview
Let me start this off by saying some of my fellow coworkers were hired very differently. One was asked before even sitting down 'are you ready to work?' And was hired when he said yes. Another was sat down and asked about their greatest inspiration and past work experience, and was hired. My interview had a preinterview over the phone and in person I was asked the same questions and was hired on the spot.

What was your proudest moment while in school or work?
It was good, but had connections with a previous worker to help. Can’t remember much of the interview because it was so long ago, but the interviewer was nice and friendly.
The interview process was easy, just show up and get drug tested. There was some small talk with the hiring manager. Overall there isn't much to worry about with the interview process.
