I applied online. I interviewed at Food 4 Less (Cresthill, IL) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and received a call for an interview within 3 weeks. When I arrived for my interview I was taken into an office with a front end manager and the head bookkeeper. They asked several behavioral and general interview type questions. I was called back a week later to conduct a drug test and follow up interview. It was two weeks later that I was called told that I had been hired.

Question 1
If a customer angrily came up to you and demanded you help them with something, but was still unsatisfied no matter what you did, how would you respond to them?
It was good, but had connections with a previous worker to help. Can’t remember much of the interview because it was so long ago, but the interviewer was nice and friendly.
The interview process was easy, just show up and get drug tested. There was some small talk with the hiring manager. Overall there isn't much to worry about with the interview process.
