Since I did the hiring I will talk about basic question I asked everyone...
1) I have many people for this one job, Why should I hire You?
2) If I asked your previous manager (or teacher for High school students) what was your best asset, what you they tell me?
3) followed immediately by If I asked this same person what do you need to improve on what would they say...(this answer carried a lot of weight and you would be surprised how they answer....
Easy, fast and efficient. Casual attire is ok but you make a better impression and stand out from other candidates if you put effort into your appearance. Process is quick from interview to onboarding.

Easy. You enter and are asked questions such as "How do you deal with difficult decisions?" "Name a time you disagreed with a supervisor/member of management; how did you resolve it?" "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Things of the sort. No hard ball questions, in my opinion.

I was interviewed by the store manager and assistant store manager. Over all they were both very welcoming and laid back. I felt very comfortable during the interview. The interview flowed more like a conversation rather than an interview, which was nice.
