Food Lion Deli/Bakery Associate interview questions

The interview process was easy, my manager used a sheet or basic interview questions to interview me, what put me over the other applicants was my bubbly personality. She loved that I asked questions. We became personable with in those 30 minutes. After the interview she told me she would call me in a few days to update me on my status because she was interviewing other applicants. She call me the next day and offered me the job. She told me she loved my personality and that's what she was looking for to fill the position.

pretty quick; applied online and got a call a couple weeks later; was offered job during interview with manager. After I accepted I was taken around to meet some other staff. Actual job was provisional on results of background check, which turned out fine.
