It was a two step process. I was interviewed by a guy from headquarters during a major hiring event. Then by the lab manager. The interview was fairly short. They asked simple questions. And the hiring process moved quite quickly.

Asked if I was comfortable working/standing for long periods of times and being exposed to biohazards. Asked if the shift time was okay with my schedule. Asked 2 basic questions of "give me an example of when you worked in a team" ect. They also asked for my relevant lab experience in school (working with pipettes and equipment)

Great Intreview, Very Easy to Talk to and felt very comfortable. The Interview was over the phone. Puncutal. The questions are not very hard if you are geuininly interested in the position.
