There was first an online video submission process, and then a phone screening. There was finally a round of interviews with associates from the departments that would take in interns. Most of the questions related to my previous experiences, education, and how I can contribute to the company.

Interview
It was online, recording ourselves online answering the questions. It was a great process as it allowed a lot of flexibility in when we wanted to do the interview. I enjoyed answering the questions, there was a time limit per question which allowed me to not speak too long on one topic, just the right amount of time.
