Fairly easy process. I walked in to get an application filled it out and turned it back in within 15 minutes. Got a call about 2 days later for a one on one interview with 2 managers. Basic questions like why do you want to work here, can you lift so many pounds, and can you stand long? I got the job offer on the spot and accepted it. I might of gotten a better chance than most because someone referred me.
