Interview
*Group Interview*
The candidates were called into a room and we had to talk to one or two of the six managers. They were encouraging the candidates to ask questions and to talk (everyone was shy) and after if you showed you weren't "shy" they'd tell you to go to a second room for the second part of the interview. In the second room they called the candidates and separated them with other managers. After the manager asked your name, favourite shoe and your biggest passion. After answering that they told the candidates to ask them questions. A while after they called everyone into a group and the managers proceeded to tell the candidates to ask them questions about anything...the company, their position, ect. and that was pretty much it.
