It was very casual, I had two interviews. One with the store manager and one with HR. They were both very relaxed yet still very professional. During the interview the manager kept bringing up another person that she interviewed, I suppose that this was to see if I was competitive or not, and since I am I refused to let that person, real or not, waver my eagerness to get this job.
