I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Foot Locker in Jan 2019
Interview
Quick phone interview. Recruiter couldn't explain the role adequately. Structure of teams seem very silo'd and diluted. Too large of a company to feel any true impact. Was not interested upon learning as much as I could on a phone screen.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Plano, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
Pretty straight forward interview process consisting of 3 rounds. First meeting with HR team, 2nd interview is with Regional Vice Presidents and final interview is discussion with VP of HR. Felt like they were looking for experienced HR professional who had a like for shoes.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foot Locker in Nov 2020
Interview
Virtual - easy! Led by one individual at a time but had two separate interviews with different leaders via Teams. I was really disappointed after completing the interview process, it was over the course of several weeks and didn't result in an offer. Although I was not selected for the role, the Foot Locker team was courteous and helpful!
