I got a got from a Footlocker recruiter. Then met with a manager downtown Chicago. Received a very flattering email about the second interview. Then met with a third manager primarily concerning which location I would be working at. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to the recruiter and called the manager from the third interview and never heard anything back from anyone.

The interview process was smooth overall. I applied to a career fair posted on Monster. I met with the DM in the local mall to discuss opportunities. After that I met the team and shortly thereafter was presented with an offer.
