I applied for this position after seeing it posted online, and got a response within 2 days asking for a phone interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and seemed to make sure I was comfortable. I was asked typical interview questions (when have I dealt with a difficult person and how I reacted, how well I work in a group setting, where do I see myself in 5 years, etc...) Overall, it was a pleasant interview, but I still did not receive an offer.
