The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Foot Locker (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
The people in footlocker were really nice to me and everybody had a competitions against other workers in the store trying to sell more and more to get the prize at the end of the night.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What would you do if a costumer is upset for not finding what they looking for? What would you do?
The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

Question 1
If an item was out of stock, how would you handle that situation with a customer?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
