I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Foot Locker (New York, NY)
Interview
I was put through 3 interviews just to be turned down just for the listing to be posted again the next day. The contact and hiring managers' communication was terrible.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foot Locker
Interview
Honestly I am really disappointed in this company. Made it to the third interview and got ghosted. That’s incredible. Why is it so difficult to send an email to the candidate letting them know they will not be going further. I can’t imagine how they treat the employees here. Best of luck to those that work in an organization that cannot respect candidates.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Foot Locker (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
The process was very straightforward and easy. I first spoke with HR over the phone, and then was asked to come in for an in person interview. I met with several members of the team I would be working with. It was casual and more of a conversation than an interrogation. It didn't take long to hear back afterward, and HR was very good about keeping me in the loop. Overall easy process.
