Websense was very peculiar in that they didn't seem to interested in my personality, only that I could pass the infamous IQ test (twice!). There was a phone screen with the recruiter which was very industry standard. I also met with a few managers on the team and it really just seemed like they were looking for any warm body to fill the position. They didn't really probe into may background of qualifications, they almost wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible. This probably should have been a red flag but I was nearly as desparate for the job as they were to hire anybody.
