I submitted a couple resumes to this company. The interview process started with the senior director. He had a recruiter contact me and set up the interview. He had a few positions open on various teams and referred me to one of his lower team managers. The interviews were informal get to know you and find out what you've done plus some questions about how I would solve certain problems.
