When you apply you will have to take an online assessment on math and reading skills. I had three phone interviews prior to my face to face interview. I had to travel for Interview, but the company paid for travel, hotel and food while traveling. Interview was with three people and took about an hour. After interview, all applicants received a gift package just for interviewing which was a nice 32oz Ford Tervis cup. I received my offer within a few weeks of face to face interview.
