I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Evanston, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
One interview on school campus, pretty much just informational - they make you do a reading comprehension and basic math test but it's not too bad despite how you might think you did. Interview urself focused mostly on what kind of worker you are, your leadership capabilities and learning skills. Pretty easy if you can articulate yourself well.
