Contract house called me first and scheduled a time to interview me. Interview process at Ford was pretty smooth. The manager introduced me to the team and the team asked me questions to make sure I work well with them. So it was 4-5 people in the panel asking me questions. I guess they were happy with my answers as I ended up getting the offer
