Interview
The interview process was time-consuming but very clear. It consisted of two interviews with the final being 2+ hours long with 2 panels of current Ford employees. A 30-minute role-plays was involved with a 13-page case provided. Youtube videos are posted on the Ford account telling you what they look for.

Interview
One local interview-was asked to analyze a trend from a balance sheet and answered basic questions. Second interview in Detroit-questions then mock meeting with a dealer. Also a nice tour around Ford/Dearborn afterwards.
