Found the interview process to be the exact opposite of what I expect. Much more focused on situational philosophy as opposed to previous work experience and skillset. Also was much shorter than expected.

Interview
Bewerbungsunterlagen eingereicht per Online-Maske. Anschließend Einladung zu Online-Test. Einige Tage später Telefongespräch (30min). Bei Erfolg Einladung zum Assessment Center. 1 Tag, 6 Teilnehmer und 6 Assessoren.
So war es etwa 2015-2017
Atmosphäre durchgehend freundlich und fair. Im Assessment Center war alles professionell, ich war am Ende des Tags sehr müde und dachte, ich hätte es verpatzt.
Zwischendurch konnte man mit anwesenden Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens unverbindlich plaudern, das war interessant und angenehm, weil junge Kolleginnen und Kollegen da waren, die selbst noch vor kurzem auf dem eigenen Stuhl saßen.
