It is slow, very very slow process so be patient. You can expect many phone interviews, and at least two very difficult technical exams. For me was very frustrating, I got to the end of it but the offer I think, didn't match the technical acumen harvested in two months of process. I would advice to try to get to know the offer range before you get through all of this.
