Got called in through contractual services for Onsite interview. There were 2 interviewers and they introduced themselves and shared what roles and responsibilities they perform in their daily duties. Shared their experiences and Ford culture to set the tone of the interview. Always positive and smiling to make me comfortable.

Arrive in Dearborn, stay at the Dearborn hotel until morning. Get brought as a group to the interview location in Allen Park, Michigan, and watch a few brief videos on the company and the area. Then split up individually for the interview. Lots of behavioral based questions, based on work experience

Interviewers were very nice, and seemed excited to talk to me. It was a first round interview. 45 minute situational interview. No technical questions. Got the interview after talking to them at their booth at a career fair. Haven't heard anything back after quite a few weeks. Overall, not a bad experience.
