The role requires a strict 45-hour on-site workweek, but the salary offered is regionally anchored and inflexible. When I attempted to negotiate a higher base pay, I was told that exceeding their set bracket required higher-tier approval. After that conversation, the recruiter ghosted me entirely.

There's multiple step of interview . 1 st is basic theory quiz . 2 nd is programming logical question . 3 rd is Forum Group Discussion . 4 th is Interview user .

the process is quite good, quite fast. you can ask many questions to the recruiter before or during interview process. if you are considered not pass the interview, then the relationship become not nice.
