Initial Communication was great, but faded as the interview process got longer. The process was long - 1 phone interview with the HR Recruiter. This recruiter then becomes your contact for the rest of the process. I then had 2 separate phone interviews with different vice presidents, and one 4-hour in person interview. Also had to take a skills test during the in-person interview.

Question 1
A series of "either/or" questions that don't really have right or wrong answers. IE: "do you prefer working alone or in groups?" When I tried to say I can do both, the interviewer told me to pick one.
The process took around 1 month to complete, 2 interviews (1 initial screening and 1 hiring manager interview), followed by 3 behavioral interviews (with 3 different interviewers), and followed by an assignment.

3 rounds. first round had call with hiring manager. Next I met with manager of team I would be joining. Then I had three other behavioral interviews, and had a technical assessment.
Very informative and friendly, 4 rounds in total with first few round being hr then fellow associates up till the senior team, ending with an assessment test.
Everyone in the team were very helpful with answering questions about the company and hr was very straightforward with the requirements and interview processes.
