I had four interviews with Forrester, one of which was just an overview of the position and salary expectations with the talent acquisition coordinator. Of the three calls that followed, one was with members of the Customer Success team, one was with the Customer Success Manager and the last call was with the Director of Customer Success. I also had to complete three written assignments.

Given my previous experience, what can I contribute to the team?
Initial contact was with an awesome recruiter, which advanced to a 3 part WebX interview with my direct supervisor, a lateral supervisor and the department director. They were all very professional and personable. I could feel their energy, enthusiasm, positivity and loyalty to the company. I enjoyed the whole process. I'm looking forward to working with this amazing management team.
