I was given several interviews (HR, data testing, 2 rounds of panel interviews) and those all went well. Unfortunately was not selected for the job. The questions were very generic and then at the end of one panel you have to go through the core values of the company with an HR person. Knowing about the company and what they value is important for making it through to future rounds.

First step of the interview process is 30 minute phone screening. The person I spoke to was kind. No trick questions. Was just notified that I moved onto the second round, which is a work sample task.

I met initially for a phone screener with someone who was acting in place of the usual recruiter (who was out sick that day). I was told I would be moved to the next stage of the interview process but after following up with the usual recruiter I was told to wait. They dragged out the process and then I got a rejection letter out of nowhere. I'm inclined to think the hiring process was really disorganized, because I was more than qualified for the position. I was very disappointed with this outcome and feel this does not reflect well on the company.
