First I interviewed by phone with FMG's talent lead. It was a fair and painless process, where I was asked about my background and the reason for my interest in the position. A few days later, I was told I had made it past the first round and we scheduled a 1.5 hour Zoom call with three different project leads. I will say there were very specific questions and I was glad I had researched the company and position and had prepared for the interview. Still, it was a fair and enjoyable interview and I have no complaints. They were very honest and clear about the position and I appreciated their candor.
