I received an email requesting a phone interview a week or two after I sent in my application, and had a half hour phone chat with them within a few days. I informed them that I was also interviewing elsewhere, and they were very accommodating, arranging my second interview very quickly. This was done over video chat, and I spoke with two members of the team on which I was applying. This chat lasted longer (~1 hour), allowing us to cover broad topics as well as go in-depth into the technical aspects of my background. Soon after, as I was not able to make it in-person, I was given a set of problems to complete within an hour.
