Initial screener interview with the recruiter lasted 10 minutes. Quick overview of qualifications and discussion of what I was looking for out of the job. Second interview was a 20 minute presentation to a group of staff including a VP, followed by 30 minute individual discussions with each of the staff. Lasted about 2-2.5 hours, no breaks. They use a set of bank questions which included typical interview questions and some more specific to the position and company dynamics.

I did a job talk and interviewed with a couple of additional people. It seemed fairly standard for a somewhat senior research position. The panel who sat in on my job talk was pleasant and, although they asked a couple of tougher questions, it never felt combative. Overall, it was a pleasant--if nervewracking--experience.
