Had a phone screen with the hiring manager. Questions included data analysis experience, interest in the role, "tell me about yourself," etc. The phone interview went really well (or so I thought). The hiring manager said they would send me their information via email. I was met with radio silence after following up twice, I got ghosted. Really shocking and discouraging, given that I was directly referred by an executive.
