They told me the district was making a uniform interview process for the entire district. I went to three interviews at three different schools and they all asked me the same exact questions, and they made me write the same essay.... they did not bother to get to know me. They asked me to tell them the difference between to educational terminologies... it felt like they were testing me. At one point I had 8 people in the room questioning me. I have never had such an intense interview process. I have not heard back from them, it has been a week.
