I interviewed with the head of Collaborative Communities first. Then I interviewed on campus with the Principal and Vice Principal. Very easy interview. With it being a career change and a large pay decrease for me, they did want to know why I wanted to make the change. When they learned of my passion for education despite having been in the Corporate world, they liked my viewpoint - giving back and getting parents involved.
