Two round interview process with senior managers and then managing director and principal. They are just looking to get to know you, so make sure you know your resume well. A couple questions about how to handle specific situations. Come prepared with questions, after a certain point they will hand it over to you and will see if you can hold a conversation. Don’t stress, the process feels more like a conversation than interview! Overall a quick process! The recruiter reached out two weeks later after my final interview informing me that I was offered the position.

3-4 rounds of interviews first is a call with HR/recruiter. Then 2 rounds of interviews with hiring managers/team members, final interview with a senior manager/director/partner level. All interviews are conducted virtually on Microsoft Teams.
