Interview has 3 steps- phone screening, 1st round, 2nd round in person. The in person round was a waste of time, as they bought me to a meeting room with a large tv and conducted my in person interview over zoom! I did not get a tour of the office nor get to see my potential work space should I get the job. I was just extremely disappointed that I wasted time driving all the way to their office a ZOOM interview.
