Step One: I applied online via the company's website Step Two: I received an automated email, inviting me to schedule an interview with the Hiring Manager Step Three: After about 5 weeks, I came to realize that I have been ghosted after multiple attempts to reach the Recruiting Manager. Totally unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful, and...typical. A complete waste of my time. I'm starting to better understand the company's rapid decline over the past year+.
