Forward Associate interview questions

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 screening calls followed by 2 onsite. The process was drawn out and HQ and the people gave me cult-y vibes - you basically need to tell them you are 100% for their mission

Had initial phone call - during the phone call was told that they're generally "really quick." The manager interviewing didn't sound interested at all or seemed to care to get to know about my experience or what I had to say. The whole call was really just rushed. Was told HR would reach out. Didn't hear for about a week, followed up, and was still completely ghosted.
