Interview
Great they were open to me asking a lot of questions about the state of healthcare, their own EHR, EHR vendors, Apple Watch etc. and answered them all well. I ended up pulling my applications from some local companies after hearing their well cited industry research

Interview
Phone screening, followed by case study, followed by multiple interviews and “jam session” in-office. Very time consuming process for the associate role. When I had asked to clarify potential compensation and what the actual role would be before committing to the long prep work and time consuming final interview, they refused. I reluctantly did the interview and “jam session” before they informed me that I wasn’t a fit. When asking for feedback they told me that they would like to keep in touch for future roles but I wasn’t a fit for what was currently available (exactly what I tried to clarify before to keep my time from being wasted). Prepare for an opaque interview process where the only consistent story you hear is that employees are underpaid

Interview
It's hard to imagine a more anti-diversity interview process. The interview process included an initial phone screening, eight 45 min - 1 hour interviews that took place over many weeks, a 'jam session' (I think this is explained in other reviews) plus a conversation with the CEO and someone on the finance team. The recruiter was very unresponsive, leaving a total lack of transparency about the process, and how long it would take. The reason I say this is very anti-diversity: who has the time for all of these interviews, taking place during the workday? Everyone I talked to was open and helpful, but overall, a really frustrating process. Additionally, there was no discussion at any point about salary, just an explainer of how they would eventually come up with it, which is by comparing applicants to the value that other people who already work there bring - seems very non-transparent, and hurts applicants who will be unable to accept an offer that is too low. So you'd have to go through this entire process to even know a potential salary. Sigh.
