Phone screening (the 1st attempt was postponed within 30 mins of the originally scheduled time), followed by a video interview (which never happened; like the first phone screening, this was postponed at the last minute. I then sent my availability and didn't hear back for over a week). At this point, I lost interest because of how indicative the candidate experience is of the company overall. I was given the impression that Forward CLEARLY doesn't have it together. Subsequently, I was sent some cookie-cutter e-mail saying that the recruiter enjoyed "our conversations" (I only had one because the other ones kept getting postponed) but they were looking for somebody else.
