Couldn't even make it past the application process. Seriously the MOST drawn out application for a remote customer service role. They want you to take multiple online tests, one of which is a WPM typing test on a website that is FILLED with ads. The website also doesn't work. I did 10 tests and it never recorded any of them. It is a shame that they are pushing away good applicants. I urge them to reconsider the templates and test sites they are using due to malfunction.
