Easy first rounds, make sure you tie in how passionate you are about this company’s mission and how you see the rest of your career within the company.
Final round was a “jam session” with 4 questions regarding sourcing and recruiting strategies when given different requirements. For one of the questions, it says you have 1 month to re-hire a physician after one who has been at the company for quite some time has retired. Nowhere on the instructions did it say you needed to include in depth details of how you would go about your outreach every day of the month up until a candidate was hired.. apparently a summarization of weekly KPIs/goals wasn’t sufficient so be aware!
