Interview
One of the worst interview processes I have been through. More specifically, extremely long interview process with two final rounds and panels full of people looking to boost their ego by asking obscure systems questions and refusing to communicate their details. (Also, who even asks new graduates to solve systems problems?) One of the interviewers informed me that the employees have been reporting several issues with work/life balance. Honestly, very glad things fell apart before the SECOND final round. (Again, who has multiple final rounds? Who does that?)
I've made it to Google's final round and their employees don't have these people's ego. Must be because they still have a life and they get to enjoy it.
Toxic.

Interview
Passed the coding assessment then got invited to a behavioral interview. It was a very strange and uncomfortable interview. Interviewer kept asking what impact meant to me, but it didn't seem like he was satisfied with my answer. He also asked what other companies I'm in the process for, and when I mentioned a few companies, he started attacking me. He seemed like a very arrogant individual overall, not sure why he is conducting the behavioral interviews. Also got asked random data structure and system design questions (non coding, just verbal) at the end, even though there was no indication that the interview would include this.
Honestly one of the first companies that I was glad rejected me at the end because I would never want to work there after this interaction.
1. HR Phone Interview (30 min) 2. Interview with dev. Describe a project you worked on. Technical question printing out paths from keys in array and finding shortest path if there are multiple.
Tons of interviews, made it to the final round and didn’t get an offer after a conversation with the head of R&D. You need to 1000% buy in to their culture or they won’t hire you, regardless of technical skill.
