Overall process was great. Very organized and efficient. I appreciated meeting with the team and the only reason the job was deferred was simply due to distance. I would rate this organization very highly. If looking for this type of work, this seems to be place to choose.

Unprofessional and unorganized interview process.
Their recruiting team initially reached out to ask for an interview after reviewing my credentials.
Decided to proceed with the interview however the process was so unorganized that my interest in the company dropped. There was no time allocated for questions. The physician interviewer seemed miserable and burnt out from working there. This was a red flag for me to pull out my application.

The first interview was with a young woman and it was rushed. She gave some basic information. The second interview was with the CMO and very engaging and professional. I got to ask lots of questions.
