Met with the recruiter who explained the interview process, then moved on to two members of their ops team. As reviews state, Forward has an atypical interview flow, pairing you with team members outside of your function. It's a blended case study and behavioral interview. The behavioral interview was pretty standard but the case study went poorly, the team appears to want to see a strong profitability focus and customization to Forward's unique business goals. If I had the opportunity to prepare again, I would imagine metrics specific to Forward's potential goals, challenges, and vision and prepare that with a strong defense for each metric. There are also questions in the case about retention, but we didn't spend too much time there. Good luck!
