I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forward (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
The first conversation we had was totally fine and as expected but the second interview was horrible. I was asked to do a mock call demoing the product but was sent no resources or tools to help. I even added the "please let me know if you need any resources from me" in the initial email to highlight that I didn't recieve the white paper as promised... It was a huge failure on their past and I was not set up for success. The second interview call was immediately after but was labeled incorrectly so I had to time block another 30 minutes out of my day.

"Can you tell me about what you've learned from the resources and white paper we didn't send you?" LOL -_-
The interview process included 3 rounds. One in which you simply meet with a member of a sales team and discuss the general aspects of the role and whether it is a good fit. In the next interview you will be asked to do a sales pitch on the product, as one would do on the job. The following interview will be with a hiring manager and will be a review of the first two interviews.

Interview
Good process. They communicate well. 3 rounds, first with recruiter, then with sales reps where you do mock scenarios and then final round with head of sales team. Very nice people and very respectful. This is a sales role in person where you approach people in a mall.
