Question 1
You'll see once you are to record your responses. :P
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Forward (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process began with a couple of phone screenings, then progressed to a couple of video calls, and eventually I met the team in person. Instead of just sitting by a desk to conduct the in-person interview, we had a conversation while walking a few laps around the mall. Props to them for promoting corporate wellness even during the interview phase! Lastly, it concluded with a video call with the CEO. The entire process left me with a good understanding of what the company does and how they operate - I felt confident joining this awesome team!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forward (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Applied online and then was contacted via email by recruiter to set up screening phone call. Phone call went well and she set me up to interview with a current employee a few days later. I was out of state, so it was a video call - asked about what I knew about the company and got to know me and my experiences. This part of the process was also to tell you about a mock sales pitch where you would pitch to a different employee and answer questions about Forward.
The sales pitch was also video call, but usually they want you in person.
