Interview
I only did the initial interview with one of hiring managers. The interviewer was supposed to ask about my background and do a behavioral assessment. She did not ask anything about my background or any management related questions.Nothing! Instead she just wanted to pass time by letting me ask about their company and have some random conversations. It was disrespectful and unprofessional to waste my time like this when the interviewer obviously did not want to interview me at all for some reasons.

Interview
Simple and to the point. Met with two technical experts who worked through various examples and topics. They had reviewed my resume so tailored it to my experience. Overall it was good.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forward in Aug 2022
Interview
There are about five people who interviewed me, out of which one is completely out of place.
Few things I didn't like;
1) One of the interviewers changed, and I was never notified
2) One of the interviewers didn't even introduce themselves until I insisted them do so.
3) I was unsure why they would focus too much on a mechanical part for an engineering manager position, especially when the applicant is an EE.
4) Interesting enough - the interviewer changed the question when I asked them "what's wrong with my answer". This is where I was just "done". I felt humiliated and insulted.
Things that I like:
1) Their behavioral questions really make sense to the JD and the position offered.
2) The HR is pretty responsive in scheduling the calls.
I loved Forwards mission and the way they are trying to help healthcare. I would apply there again.

What would you like to be remembered for when you are on a deathbed? - I found this an interesting question, and I loved answering it.
There are a few technical questions that are completely irrelevant to the JD.
